She went from Hollywood sex symbol to Hollywood bad girl and now the fallen starlet Lindsey Lohan has once again found herself in trouble. On Wednesday, a judge revoked her probation and Lohan was removed from the courtroom in handcuffs like a common criminal.

Although a Nov. 2 hearing will determine if she goes to jail, but Lohan has since reportedly paid $100,000 to post bail and has since been released. $100K- you know that hurt- That’s a lot of nose candy.

There was one small moment when those who were pulling for LiLo to turn her spiralling life around, if for no other reason, than so we can see that killer body back in shape and back in sexy magazine poses and cameos. That didn’t happen.

In fact, as Fox News reports, Lohan hasn’t exactly been compliant with her previous sentencing. According to Fox News, Lohan was sentenced to 360 hours of community service over the course of a year and, after six months, LiLo has managed to complete a whopping hour and a half of community service.

The judicial system seems to almost be a wits end with Lohan. During Wednesday’s hearing, Judge Stephanie Sautner said, “If jail meant something in the state of California now, maybe I’d put her in jail.”

Lohan just needs something a little more constructive to do with her time. At this point, porn sounds like a logical career path. No?

Lindsay Lohan's efforts to clean up her act as well as the Los Angeles county morgue are finally off to a start.

Sources tell TMZ that the troubled 25-year-old worked hard during her 8-hour community service on Friday, where she washed soiled linens, scrubbed toilets and got down on her hands and knees to clean the floors.

The Mean Girls actress appeared to be enjoying the duties and socialized with other volunteers during her session, which started at 7 a.m. -- despite having showed up late and missing her Thursday orientation.

After committing the faux-pas, Lohan sent over three dozen cupcakes plus burgers from the popular fast food joint In-And-Out to the staff and volunteers as an apology.

Unfortunately, her gourmet gesture was also told to leave. Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter told TMZ...he turned away the cupcake delivery guy because the move was simply, "unacceptable," and adding, "We're not here to accept food."

The 25-year-old allegedly turned down an initial offer of $750,000 for the legendary men's magazine, and agreed upon a figure closer to her initial asking price of $1 million.

A rep for Lohan simply told TMZ: "I can neither confirm or deny at this time."

The Mean Girls starlet's naked photo shoot is said to have begun over the weekend. On Friday, Lohan was hard at work at another job: woking at the L.A. county morgue.

As part of her community service for her latest probation violation, Lohan scrubbed toilets, washed soiled linens and washed floors on her hands and knees on Friday.

She missed her Thursday orientation -- and sent cupcakes and burgers from In-and-Out burgers to the staff and volunteers as an apology.

"We're not here to accept food," Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter said, rejecting the deliveries.

Lindsay Lohan's father arrested on suspicion of domestic violence

Miami (CNN) -- Actress Lindsay Lohan's father was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence, police in Tampa, Florida, said Tuesday.

Monday evening, police responded to a domestic violence call at Michael Lohan's home, authorities said in a statement. "Upon arrival, Mr. Lohan was arrested for battery on his live-in girlfriend," the statement said.

When taken into custody, Lohan complained of chest pains and was taken to a hospital to be checked, police said. "A short time later, Mr. Lohan checked himself out and was placed under arrest."

Police said more details would be provided later Tuesday.
Lohan: Lindsay's 'gotta be in rehab'

Lohan, 51, was also arrested in Los Angeles in connection with alleged domestic violence in March and was charged with one misdemeanor count of corporal injury to a cohabitant.

The relationship between Lohan and his daughter has been publicly strained for years, although the two did undergo family counseling together during her treatment at the Betty Ford Center.
